Nexova connects businesses with independent drivers for route-based delivery work — quickly, transparently, and on the businesses’ own terms.

What we do

Nexova is a dispatch intermediary. We build the technology that helps companies offer delivery routes and helps independent drivers find and accept the work that fits them. We facilitate the connection between the two sides. We do not employ drivers, and we do not make deliveries ourselves — the businesses define the work, and independent drivers choose to take it on.

How it works

• Companies post delivery routes, set the payout, and choose how they want to work — either offering routes to the broader pool of verified drivers, or managing their own private pool of drivers across pay periods.
• Drivers see routes that match where they are and how far they want to travel, then accept the ones they want. They submit proof of pickup and delivery through the app and receive their payouts directly.
• Nexova handles the matching, the proof-of-delivery flow, secure payments, and driver payouts — so both sides can focus on getting the work done.

What we believe

• Independence matters. Drivers run their own businesses. They decide when to work, which routes to take, and how to do the job.
• Transparency matters. Companies see what a route costs up front, and drivers see what they’ll be paid before they accept.
• Local matters. We’re built for the businesses and drivers who keep local delivery moving, in English and Spanish.
